Genziana is a spontaneous plant
that grows in our grazing lands on
the mountains at more than 2500
metres of altitude. Its roots have
been always used in the preparation
of drugs and for making liqueurs.
Genziana is rich of bitter essences that
help digestion. We suggest drinking
it plain, best if served cold, to
appreciate its bitter taste.
